Introducing a reward for testimonials!

Submit a comment to us telling us how our work has touched you and you could win a free gift! Each month we will pool all the eligible comments and select one at random - that lucky author will be the recipient of either $50 (for a current purchase) or $100 (for a future purchase) in studio credit. Submit more than one comment/testimonial in a month and your chances for the reward increase! We'll announce each month's winner via email at the beginning of the following month.

You don't have to write well, you don't have to write a lot. In fact, short, sweet & specific is usually best. We just want to know if we touched your heart in some way. Details, details - sorry, just trying to cover the bases here

Three things:

1. Your feedback needs to be something that we can use in our marketing
2. You have to tell us who you are and
3. You need to give us permission to use what you have written.

About words that we can use - comments that are from the heart and that describe something unique about your experience are like gold. Comments that aren't as 'useable' are those that are too short ('good job') or too general. Also, though every kind of feedback is certainly welcome however you choose to provide it, I'll find another way to reward you for constructive criticism - if you take the time to tell me something that I should know or hear I'll find a way to thank you for it, but I probably won't be able to use those types of comments in my marketing.

About providing permission - if you submit comments via one of our testimonial/feedback forms you will automatically be giving us permission to use your comments as long as you include your name on the form (it's not mandatory). If you send comments in via email or via phone or another way you'll need to expressly tell us that we may use them. Now, if you forget we'll probably follow up with you but you know how difficult phone tag and email tag can be. So please just try to remember to include something like 'you have my permission to use my comments' when you submit them using anything other than one of our forms. Thanks.

About providing your name - we have to know who you are. If the name you use in real life is different than the one you use with us (it happens all too frequently) please just tell us or we may not know who you are. Also, our testimonial/feedback forms do not require a name and email address because we wanted to give folks the option to send feedback anonymously. If you want to be considered for the reward, though, you need to make sure you include your name on the form.

Lastly

Testimonials are really, really important to us because we believe that what we say is one thing but what our clients say is EVERYTHING.
